"The room was clean but very tiny. Not any space to place a large suitcase. There is no phone in the room so was not able to call the front desk for any issues or questions. There is also no elevator so I had to walk up with my 2 suitcases to the second floor. Upon entering the second floor from the stairwell there is a laundry machine and dryer in the open space and the smell was not pleasant and the floor was not clean. In the room the bathroom is very tiny and after I took a shower I noticed water was leaking all over the bathroom floor. There is no water bottles in the room so I had to purchase a water bottle from the vending machine on the first floor. The alarm clock in the room was not plugged in. The soap by the bathroom sink is a body wash dispenser and it was empty so I had to use the body wash dispenser in the shower to wash my hands. There were only 3 pillows on the bed."
