"I stay at a lot of hotels due to my daughter dance sport. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations the staff was absolutely wonderful and every request was quickly answered. If ever in Webster again this is the ONLY hotel I would stay at. The suite style room was perfect in size and comfort. "

I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."
