Less than 30 mins into the center of DC... Safe, clean, quiet at night and comfortable. An unexpectedly delightful stay. Would've liked a bed side lap though.

I love dogs, I have one. If you’re leaving for the day and you’re dogs barking all day non stop and you want to sleep they do not accommodate you to move rooms. No English they say no rooms available. Ya right. That dog tore up that room guaranteed.

This hotel is about expectation management. It was the cheapest thing available with free cancelation and "decent" reviews. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The room was large - probably unnecessarily large. On the negative side, there was an obvious funk to the hotel. There is a bar/restaurant next door and people were loud well into the night. The toilet flush is weak, and I had to get a plunger to help. I only needed a place that was flexible and allowed me to lay my head down for 8 hours. The hotel delivered that. It was a little wierd, but it still delivered at a low cost.
