Great location in DC. The Wharf alone offers plenty to see, do, and EAT! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Views were amazing. Lovely property.

If you are trying to decide which hotel to book at the Wharf- look no further!! Convenient, clean, beautiful property…but above all else, it was the service for me. The staff here is stellar!! Competent, friendly and warm. Cannot wait to come back!!

The location is great. The hotel has potential but it already seems poorly kept for being as new as it is. For example, the ice machine on the 3rd floor sounds like a watery disaster in the making. The bartender Saturday night was condescensing and rude to me and other guests. However, the lady at the bar Friday afternoon, Donathan, and the other ladies at the hostess desk were great and helpful to everyone who approached them. The security and parking are complicated but you get used to it.

The staff were great. The hotel didn’t have an atm and doesn’t have anyway to get cash. The laundry room was nice but it was so old fashioned in 2025 we are still using change. Kinda takes away from the Brand for sure. Great area, great price but maybe a bit high for not offering parking or atm,

The only vegan options were the usual suspects cereal and bagels. The ac in our room is apparently motion sensored so everytime we left the room it would stop pumpung out cold air. Had to borrow a box fan from management to combat thr heat. Had to pay an additional 62 dollars to park the car even though the room was 280 dollars. Seems a little much to not have some type of parking discount or validation.
