Whether you are in Vermont to hike, bike, ski or gather with friends and family, our cozy mountain home is the perfect place to relax and unwind between adventures. This charming retreat has just recently become available and offers peaceful privacy on a dead end road in Fayston, while being conveniently located just 3 miles from downtown Waitsfield where you’ll find local swim holes, shops, restaurants and the famous Lawson’s Brewery and taproom. If recreation is your aim, three of Vermont’s finest ski areas are within 3-7 miles, as well as many hiking trails and a renowned mountain biking trail network.

The Space
An open floor plan boasts a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, a comfortable dining and living space, as well as an attached office. At the top of the stairs you’ll find a hallway with a washer/dryer leading to two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds, room-darkening shades and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. It's simple, clean, and has everything you need to relax, unwind, cook and sleep. There are many toys, games, puzzles and books for all ages.
There is also a Pack 'n Play on site.

Outside, the yard, gardens and deck with table and chairs, offer ample opportunities to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and provide a sunny spot for your morning coffee or an evening meal.

Guests are welcome to use the on-site shed to store bicycles, skis, golf clubs etc..

IMPORTANT NOTES:
** As you can see in the pictures there is no railing on the stairs and the lower half of the staircase is open to the living room. While we welcome children, we just want to advise for safety reasons, it would be possible for children to fall. Please make sure your children are supervised at all times.

**There is an A/C window unit in the main bedroom ONLY. There are fans for each room if needed.

There is only one bathroom in the house and it is located on the second floor near the bedrooms.

No parties, no pets, no smoking.

Sorry, this home is not wheelchair accessible.
