Well Maintained property, excellent breakfast, coffee all day - super close to Lincoln Peak and Mt Ellen, Stacy and Crank are great hosts!! The common areas are super comfortable to wind down! We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Frank and Tracy are incredible hosts! Great restaurants options around the inn and great shuttle service to Sugarbush and back every day. The “Great Room” at the inn is also a very cozy vibe in the winter, especially when sitting by the fireplace.

This was a great experience. The building was amazing, clean, and comfortable. The people were amazing, the owner, caretaker, and even the other guests. It was a convenient, great location. We had a wonderful time, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and ample for a quick ski-get away, 10 minute drive from Sugarbush. Breakfast was delicious, service was great and we look forward to staying again.

Everything went smoothly and casual, from check in to check out. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, and continental breakfast was substantial enough to fill us up. Coffee was very good! Reading room and game room were bonuses that would be great in poor weather. We highly recommend for non-snobby visitors!

Very good continental breakfast. Enjoyed utilizing the common areas for eating, drinking tea, playing cards. Different feel than a hotel. Thick towels. (Bathroom curtain could use replaced) Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to other travelers.

Quaint, but not functional! While the room itself was fine, the bathroom itself was behind a bifold door with only room to pivot between the shower, toilet and sink. The shower was so tiny and it took 7 minutes to get hot water! It’s also difficult to wash face or brush teeth at the tiny sink without hitting your elbow off the wall. The traffic was loud overnight and despite having the blind down to the windowsill, there was a light outside that was shining brightly all night. We only made it 1 night despite booking for 2 nights. We were miserable!

Typical 19th century inn—creaky floors, no tv’s in rooms—the owner has updated the heating & cooling system so room was comfortable. Only 1 towel per person, and gotta go downstairs for morning coffee.
