Easy access to Lake Wabamun, Marina & Fishing all year, Art & other Festivals during summer.Portable A/C. Wabamun Provincial Park, 5 min, the Town of Stony Plain & Spruce Grove, 20 min. The beach and water play park will be close June 2024-May 2025 for renovations.

A beautiful and cozy place to forget the busy life in the city.
Wabamun Village offers you a nice local artist place to shop and a very unique coffee shop, and don't miss the pizza and ice cream at The Yellow Submarine.

The house has a single attached garage to park your car, games for the rainy days and a fireplace to keep you warm.
A nice view to the lake from master bedroom.
This is a great place to relax, just bring yourself and the food you would like to eat or you can always order your meal.
