Wonderfully clean room and comfortable bed. Check-in was fast and efficiently done by a wonderful woman named Ivy. I would highly recommend staying here

I was very disappointed in my stay. Checked into room and frig was leaking on floor. Shampoo bottles in shower were on the floor. They had broken off their attachments. No soap dish in shower, had to put one on the toilet. Shower head up near ceiling so could not change pressure. That was night one Day two room not cleaned and microwave unplugged and had difficulty plugging in. Talked with staff but apparently they were not getting the message to maintenance staff. Third NIGHT maintenance finally came said had not received infor. Got microwave and light finally plugged back in. Shower shampoo clips attached to the wall but workman’s boot made shower dirty, no they didn’t clean it nor did the person doing the room clean it the next day so I did it myself. I hate being negative. I tried to resolve on daily basis. After going out on Sunday, returned to watch playoffs and ther room not cleaned until our return at 630 pm. They told us we were next so we went downstairs to watch game. Bar closed, fireplace in lobby was never turned on during entire stay we went up at the end of quarter to a clean room only to find NO TOWELS. Went downstairs to front desk to get towels so we could clean up from our day’s adventures. It wasn’t one thing it was multiple things throughout our 6 night stay. Staff all knew within last month and a half. Need more training. Will not stay at this hotel again. Sad.

Everything was great, check in during and check out went smooth. Only issue I had was the Pure Life water they had for $3.00 a bottle. You can go to Walmart and get a 35 pack for$5.87.

Check in was very easy. Ivianna (sorry I probably spelled name wrong) was really sweet and professional doing a great job. Only have 2 complaints. The first room I was put in the toilet wouldn't flush, the second was nice found out the next morning that run did not drain was kinda gross showering with the water pooling in the tub. I informed the young man at check out. Breakfast was pretty good. Can't complain because it was free. Parking is across the street at parking garage. Would definitely stay again and recommend this location
