Common areas (lobby, elevator) were not cleaned daily (same debris laid on the floor for several days) and carpet in the hallways desperately needs replaced. Rooms were okay and a great value - you get what you pay for.

Everything was nice but over our stay we kept finding things that pointed to our room not being cleaned before we arrived. After we arrived we found food crumbs on the floor and other peoples hair in the bed.

The hotel definitely needs some upgrades. Air conditioning in several rooms did not work. The bathrooms where not clean and alot of dust everywhere in the room and also dirty tissues under beds.They have giant roaches in lobby area. The parking is across the street and looks sketchy . Would recommend staying somewhere else. Had to get keys to the room 3 different times because they didn't work.

For a Hilton Hotel this One Definitely didnt have that Hilton Feel... It Definitely Needs a Major Upgrade. The Staff is Great The Hotel is Just Undesirable. Disappointed at Hilton for this One Not what im Use to When it Comes to Hilton

I was very disappointed in the accommodations at this Hilton property. Don’t get me wrong, the staff were friendly, professional and attentive.. but the property itself… not the usual Hilton property that I am accustomed to when I hear, Hilton. It definitely needs a good refurbish. Once we got off the elevator, the carpet was stained, worn and buckling in multiple areas. The only word to describe the room is “wornout”. The linens were snagged and ratty looking. Stains on the walls, chips in the furniture. There was not Gideon Bible and no stationary to write a note… what is happening to this Hilton property. I am hesitant to book future travel with Hilton.
