The staff were very friendly. The room could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom had a hole in the wall, and the paint was peeling off the door. We found a roach as well. Seems to need some updating and more thorough cleaning.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Suites Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only issue was that I was charged an additional service tax at check-in/check-out, which I was not expecting since my reservation had already been prepaid. This charge was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. Better transparency regarding any additional fees would improve the guest experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Floor was absolutely disgusting. It was sticky ass hell. My son walked through it once and they became extremely filthy. Took him to the sink and washed his feet and you just see all the filth coming off. My mother got bit up.
