"This place has gone to a zero rating which you can't give. Hallways on the second floor smell musty. Water completely stopped working for 2 hours then when it came back on pressure was terrible. After one shower hot water was gone. Thw sink faucet was not fastened down. The room phone did not work so we had to go to the front office to get the water issue reported. This was locally owned and great but its has been sold. The new owners have let it go enough that they need to gut the place now and start over. Never again!!!"

"The Inn at the Grand Glaize has been around for many years so I wasn't expecting a new hotel. But this hotel was clean and had very nice and helpful staff. The mattresses have seen their better days though and hopefully will be replaced in the near future."

"The bed was not comfortable at all. The shower could use a good scrubbing or at least replace the caulking in it. The air conditioner was ok. The breakfast was ok as well. Would I stay there again? No probably not. "

"Room was dated and poorly maintained. Sink was damaged/chipped. Shower water kept going from icy hot to cold. Did not meet my expectations as this is supposed to be a highly desirable resort!"
