While staff was responsice on the phone, there was no staff on site. There was not hot water. They told us they would fix it and they did not. I've checked and there are several reviews reporting lack of hot water. Property management always answers that it is fixed but it seems it won't be when you get there. The bedroom was too humid and it was not properly clean. Both my spouse and I had allergic reactions. I will not recommend.

Had a short but really nice stay. The property is beautiful and the rooms are perfect a perfect stop for touring the bioluminescent bay near by. Everything is pretty close, but renting a golf cart is not a bad option if you have mobility issues as there are a few hills to walk up. Staff were awesome and supplied us with tons of little things to help us enjoy the local experience.

The host was very accommodating when calling to check in early due to an early (4am Ferry). The facility also contains everything you could need including beach towels, sunscreen, bug spray, cooler, etc… You can see the ocean and hills from the balcony which is a nice touch. Would recommend!

For the price of this villa I really cannot complain. It was close to the bio bay and walkable to downtown Esperanza. It feels like a private hostel room which is fine, just take note. The bathroom was very small with not much of a door, and didn’t have the best odor upon arrival. We didn’t have any hot water but the host was very attentive to help fix the issue. The host also gave us great food and beach recommendations and was super friendly. The outdoor patio was nice for us to do work (we were the only guests at the villa during our stay). You can hear the roosters, it feels pretty remote yet close enough to town it was beautiful. I would say this is a great budget pick, but will return and recommend only after said updates/improvements have been made!

A small clean and comfortable room. The area itself is somewhat rural but it is very close to the boardwalk and several eating options. These range from super pero to better than average. If I went back I would definitely stay there.
