We are a shared property with private units, so please respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Your unit is private, outside it is all shared.
Breaking any house rules will result in immediate checkout without refund and will incur a $500 fee plus actual cost of the additional cleaning.

Our stay at BioBay Inn was even better than we had hoped. The apartment is small but very clean and has everything you will need. Instructions to get into the home were easy. Michelle had thoughtfully stocked coffee, creamer and even a couple of bottles of water for us as well as beach towels, shower needs, etc. The wi-fi is not very strong, but that is comparable to most of the island and not a negative. Besides, you're there to see this incredible little town! The area is extremely walkable to everything we wanted to do -- beach, shopping, restaurants, generally walking around. Horses and chickens roam freely, which add to the character of the area. Michelle gave us lots of great recommendations for activities, ferry, and other needs. Looking back, I honestly wish we had stayed here the whole time we were in Puerto Rico. 3

Perfect spot for my husband and me to stay during our night in Vieques! Location is right next to the cute main street in Esperanza, easily walkable. Hosts were so kind and let us store our bags early (we arrived at 7am) and store them during our day adventuring after checkout. They also kindly accommodated early check in and late checkout and were remarkably responsive during our stay. Would not have been able to fully enjoy Vieques without this spot and the hosts. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!
