Checkin was quick and painless by the lovely Miss Malahat. I got there early hoping to just ask them to hold my bag till proper check in time....but they got me in right away, always a good thing when traveling. Love the location near everything I love about beautiful Victoria. The rooms have been beautifully refurbished since my last visit, wuiet and spacious...great hot shower. This is the place I aim for when visiting town and price, location amenities here never dissapoint. 5 stars!

Booked a queen room for the Royal Victoria Marathon (and thanksgiving) long weekend. Staff was very attentive and room was very clean. 5 minute walk to downtown. Next door is a pub but they have a safety lock for the front entrance late night and staff 24hr so it feels secure.

The hotel was in a very central location that makes getting around to attractions by food easy. Beautiful and clean hotel room. The front desk receptionists Anja and Malahat are very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend your stay here if in Victoria.

Beautifully restored hotel within 5 min walk to the waterfront. The onsite restaurant was great for a casual meal. The parking lot is very easy to find after checking in. Would stay here again for sure.

Went to a Great Ska Fest concert in the 911 Great place to stay for a night out! Upgrade to a larger room only $15 extra super happy with the hotel! New appliances clean comfortable everything we needed for a night out in the city

In the heart of downtown so everything was very walkable. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Downside of this is that, because it’s very busy, it is quite loud as it’s on a Main Street, but this is expected being in downtown. We were woken up a few times as there was a large commotion outside. Room was newly renovated, but could improve on cleanliness, specifically the bathroom. Pink mold and regular mold all along the shower. Staff was great and super friendly. Also worth noting is that the parking is down the street and it’s not underground (and you have have to pay).
