Courteous staff. Clean room, though the last renovation was poor workmanship. Actual (old?) spring box springs in our room, noisy. Top mattress was comfy. Not accessibility friendly, three/four stories, no elevators. Located in a very quiet, seemingly nice and safe area.

Our room was clean and spacious. We really appreciated that, even knowing that our bathroom would not be accessible. When a guest asks for a room for a wheelchair user, please advise them that your building is on multi levels. We asked for a bottom level room, expecting a ground floor. However, the bottom level is on a hill, and the second level of the back of the building is on ground level. That would be more helpful for wheelchair requests, because new guests would never guess the shape of the building. Thank you very much. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious and suited us well.

Checked-in late night, lady at front was very nice and helpful (could perhaps avoid chewing gum when with guests at desk, just an idea), the bed was surprisingly comfortable, room very clean, all around very decent value for money. I would suggest the hard-working room attendants be given proper cleaning equipment so they don't use guests bath towels to clean the windows as I observed. Thank you, will very likely return.
