We switched rooms right off the get go because the tv didn't work then we booked an extra night to be rudely kicked out after we booked ahead of time like we were told and the kid behind the desk didn't book it then then told us we were good to go then we're told we didn't confirm so we left

Notification if the sound volume on a Friday/Saturday night would be nice to note. There is a very busy night club attached to the motel; the windows are old and not great for sound barrier; the building is old so there is a lot of reverberation dispute being halfway down the building. Otherwise, staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, per area was accessible and stocked with bags; bed was really comfortable.

The hotel was adequate. Price was good and there were no glaring problems. Just a bit tired in the furniture, wall condition and beds. We had a refrigerator and microwave. Microwave was a bonus as it said there wasn't in room.

The room was fine. We had booked for a king bed and got 3 queen beds. The room was on the 3rd floor with not elevator and we had a number of bags to bring in due to the cold weather. So we had no bag trolley and had to clime 3 flights of stairs multiple times with very poor lighting.
