First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.

Modest room; breakfast was minimal. The room was adequate. It didn't seem to represent good value but perhaps I don't understand the local market. The location was good with an excellent supermarket with a cafe and Starbucks across the parking lot. The hotel was convenient to the University campus.

We enjoyed our stay and definitely would return. My only complaint is that we stayed 4 nights and never receive any maid service during our stay. It would've been nice to have trash emptied, fresh towels, and a new shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner is enough for a one night stay.
