Poor Experience. I'd first like to point out the pros of staying here. The front desk lady that checked me in - she was wonderful, friendly and had a polite & professional demeanor. I could tell she was a hard worker. I thinks he deserves a raise. Now the cons: Tight parking spots. Hotel on noisy road. I had to leave both the TV on and the bathroom fan on in order to draw out the noise. The first room I was in - the heat didn't work. The hardworking front desk lady tried to get it to work before transferring me to another room. The new room didn't have a bathtub, which I needed. The hot tub was not working either. When I asked the front desk about the hot tub, a different lady told me that they were aware of the issue but couldn't get ahold of maintenance. Would have been nice to know about that at check in or see a sign on the pool door about it. I booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub on site. I also had a roach in my bathroom. Breakfast did not have any healthy options & the waffle machine that pours out the waffle mix either was not working or was out of mix by the time I went to the breakfast area. All in all, I will not stay here again.

When I walked in I was happy to have chosen this destination. When I walked into my suite, I thought I was a time traveler. It reeked of musty smoke and marijuana. The lighting was poor, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in at spots. The sink had hair and burn marks in it. The couch and bed were nice and comfortable. The jetted tub had yellow parts that almost looked moldy. The toilet was clogged. It was not what I expected for $149 a night. Needless to say, I checked out at 6am.

The flight and entire itinerary for the trip had to be canceled due to the I-10 freeway being closed leading to the airport. The airline was very kind and refunded the trip considering the circumstances. The car rental vendor also issued a refund however the 2-star Super-8 hotel was not willing to give a refund or credit on the $68 per night accommodations. Needless to say, I will never book with Super-8 again. Thanks for nothing and taking my money besides. Great service and likely why Super-8 is rated as 2-stars. Well earned.

Very noisy area to rest, sounded like cars racing all night. The room was clean but the sink drained very slow and little things that could use some improvements. There were people wondering around outside upto 10 when we went to sleep. Seemed weird. We didnt eat breakfast here cause it didn't feel comfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want some peaceful rest and a comfortable stay.

Overall, it was a good stay. I booked a room last minute while passing through and the check in process was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub was fun to use as well. When I got back up to the room, I grabbed a towel to shower. The towel was stained. When I got in the shower, the shampoo/bodwash bottle was empty. When I was finally settling down for the night, I got the remote to watch some tv. It didn’t work. When I asked the receptionist about it, she didn’t know what to do, so she gave me a second one but said she didn’t know how to program it. I’d say you get you paid for. It was fine for a quick stay but I’d say just to spend the extra $20-$30 if you can to stay somewhere else.

Non guests were using the breakfast area. Some of the people appeared to be homeless and under the influence. The breakfast area was clean first thing in the morning but as these non guests helped themselves to breakfast they made a huge mess. I felt very uncomfortable around some of these people. The hotel itself was not bad for the price but will not stay there again due to som of the people it attracts.
