Room 105 is a handicap room. The toilet tank kept leaking then running about every 3 minutes. I turned the water valve off, and it turned really easily indicating this had been done before. Walls are SUPER thin, and we heard neighbors well into the night. Sheets were stained. Room didn’t feel clean. Needed paint. Toilet paper holder was broken. I wondered if anybody does basic maintenance on this facility. Bed springs were noisy and not comfortable. In wall heater/ac unit had to be run by remote as the control panel was busted. We won’t be going back.

I stayed here two different time in two different rooms. Great people at the front desk on either side of a backpacking trip to the Channel Islands. The rooms are not fancy, but they are clean, safe, and the beds are comfortable. The motel is off the main street, but the parking is enclosed by the motel's buildings and it looks like there are cameras aimed at the parking lot. I was driving my work truck with tools, so this was a perk for me. Excellent value and friendly staff/owners.

The room was in the corner which helped my Girl friend feel safer. The owner/manager made us feel welcome & was helpful to us getting acquainted with the area. Overall the stay was excellent! Somehow the manager is blessed with a herd of Elephants in the lobby!
