Room was fine but concern of a large homeless population living on the backside of the hotel. When this issue was addressed with the front desk they said the city lets the homeless live behind the hotel and it is out of their control.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room had a very strong chemical smell. Air conditioner and bathroom fan was very loud, late night trash pickup was very loud. Water pressure was very weak . The areas for dogs was very nice.

I’ve been a long-standing fan of this motel. I’ve been staying here occasionally since I was 21 years old. I’m 66 now. The place has always been great. Excellent dining. Wonderful location.
