This midtown gem was centrally located off Seward and Ocean. Great walkable street, dog friendly area.Ample rooms for families. Mature fruit trees in the backyard with faux grass for doggies.Adirondak chairs and fire pit in the front yard is so charming and a nice beachy touch.Hosts were great with communications. Very easy check in and check out process.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for the marathon and it was the perfect home base. Very close to the beaches and state parks as well as downtown Ventura and grocery stores. The private backyard was a great place to relax post-marathon!

Excellent place to stay for grandparents near daughter and grandkids. Loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard. The only improvement suggested is low water pressure in the shower.

Girls Weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Ventura! The house was perfect to host family that lives in town in the cute backyard area. The home is comfortable and spacious. Perfect for 3 friends and our pup. We will be back soon!
