Each unit has its own kitchen, laundry, outdoor shower, and private lounging space, so guests can spread out comfortably. Together, they provide multiple gathering areas — from patios and fire pits to open-concept living rooms — while still offering privacy when needed.
With beach gear included, fast WiFi, and plenty of room to relax inside and out, the duplex is an ideal choice for families and groups who want a flexible and fun coastal stay.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply at the rate of $400.00 per Month, and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total.
