The room was very clean. The staff were very courteous and quick to help with anything we needed. We were in a junior suite with canal views. It was a wonderful view with full balcony. The boat noise was only loud with the doors open and the room was very quiet overnight. Highly recommend and would choose this hotel again.

Great hotel. I travel a lot and lately have been staying at 5 star properties; imo this one is deserving of that grade. Very helpful staff. I called the day before arrival and spoke to Julia, who helped arrange water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the grand canal. About a 10 min walk to La Fenice and Piazza San Marco. Got a nice room with a view. Breakfast was a hearty choice of buffet and cooked. Service at breakfast from Maria, Christina and Nicholas was great, polite and efficient.
