Gondola Luxury Apartment, elegant apartment a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco in Venice.



Affascianante apartment on two levels located on the second floor of a prestigious condominium. The property boasts a magnificent furnished terrace with canal view, shared and for non-exclusive use of guests. On the first level is the living area with sitting area, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. On the upper level is the sleeping area consisting of a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

The directions to the property seemed a little daunting at first but if you follow the provided directions it was easy to find. The apartment was centrally located and secure. There was plenty of space for two people. It was also clean and well kept. Overall we would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Overall a lovely stay. Nice neighborhood location close to action and restaurants. Couple of things could be improved - let guests know about stairs (one flight but challenging with luggage), shared terrace was a lovely spot but 2 of the chairs were broken and unusable, bed frames are too big for space - we all left with bruises on our shins, and public space in apartment building was not clean.

Live like a Venetian

This property was perfect for two adult couples. The location is spectacular, just minutes walk to San Marco, water taxi, shopping, etc. but is on a side street, which is quiet and provides for a reprieve from bustling Venice. Several exceptional restaurants are less than 50 to 100 meters outside the front door. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen essentials and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and a great location for the price. Sofa sleeper was easy to use and slept well. The stairs were loud so we could not quietly use the bathroom in the middle of the night. On our last day, the shower leaked and ran through the ceiling onto the living to floor.

Two couples shared this apt for two nights, and despite the two twins in one room, it was fabulous. The living space is large, the washing machine is key two weeks into our travels, and the location is perfect to all attractions and taxis. We loved the outdoor terrace and used it nightly as it is a main canal for the gondolas and entertainment was provided (see video). The restaurant on the corner (Antica Osteria Ai Tre Leoni) is incredible food and service. We loved this spot!

Excellent stay

Very spacious for our family of 5. Modern kitchen. Had clothes washing machine which was so helpful in the middle of our trip since it was very hot in Italy when we visited. Great location near San Marco square, shopping and good restaurants. Communication with rental company was excellent - we had a question on a Sunday morning and she was very responsive. They were also helpful in arranging for our early morning water taxi to the train station.
