Property was very safe and clean. Location to both train station 8 minutes and bus station/parking area 5 minutes made this location a great spot. You don't need to use the water taxis to locate this place. If you are traveling with luggage its a great location. Wifi was also good.

What a great find! San Polo Star was excellent. Very convenient location and walkable to all major areas. Check in was easy. They were very accommodating and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!

This place was in a great location! Dont make the mistake of taking an expensive water taxi from the airport. You can take a taxi and it’s just a short walk to your hotel. I would stay again!!

Trevligt boende nära stationen, fräscht och bekvämt. Bra med kylskåp, kaffemaskin och vattenkokare på rummet. Enkel men tillräcklig frukost (på helgen i alla fall). Det är ganska lyhört, både mellan rummen och en del ljud från gatan hörs. Men vi blev inte störda så det är egentligen inget problem. Bra service från personalen.

Simple, quiet and very reasonable

Simple, quiet and reasonably priced accommodation. Very nice hotel service and a wonderful, again quiet location. Close to everything, but tucked away nicely. We had just arrived and needed a place to wind down and this place did just that.

This is smaller BnB in the heart of Venice. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's Venice so of course the area around it is beautiful. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk away, St. Marc's square is about 25 minutes walk.

The room is average, location is tucked away but in a good spot, but what made the difference was the staff. Local staff member, I believe her name was Laura, offered us breakfast and was super helpful to everyone.

San Polo Star is a hidden Gem, the property was a little out of the centre of Venice, but was very walkable to everything to see and do, the property was clean and the room was spacious with great bathroom facilities. I highly recommend staying here for your stay in Venice Very nice touch was the daily breakfast & decor of the room We would definitely return

Amazing service

Our flight was delayed but they waited for us after the check-in time to welcome us. The service was amazing, and it was really convenient that they bring you the breakfast to the room. It’s quiet and clean. It’s also really close to transport and popular locations. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
