Good location, near the Accademia Bridge. Only minor issue is if using all 3 rooms, one of the rooms is also the kitchen/common area, so be aware.

Great location, lacking amenities

The location was fantastic and the host is lovely. She was very helpful directing us through the winding streets of Venice. The apartment was clean and spacious, but unfortunately it was sparsely accommodated. We were provided with clean linen, but not a hand towel, bath mat, or wash cloth. The host did give us a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome us which was greatly appreciated and enjoyed! I think that this property would be greatly improved if : 1) a full set of towels were included, 2) there were more adapters available for foreign electronics , 3) if there were a soap shelve in the shower. As I said, a lovely property, a lovely host, but lacking in luxuries.

A wonderful apartment. Had a traditional Venetian feel with modern facilities. Plenty of space and very close to cafes and landmarks. Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Our host was very helpful, and friendly. Very highly recommended. You will not regret staying here.
