The apartment is beautiful and updated with plenty of AC and hot water. DO NOT use gps to find it. Getting off the Arsenal water taxi puts you right in front of the street you need. See their map for assistance. Get up early and see the real Venice. My favorite place to date.

Everything was perfect so cute apartment with enough space . Close to San Marcos but far from the caos , no stairs from the water boat station to the apartment it was very convenient for when we were with luggage. The only negative is that it needs better pillows and extra sheets for the sofa bed than transforms to two twin beds, also no dishwasher detergent provided. We really loved our stay here in the apartment Arsenale.
