We loved the design of the place, and the host was very kind in allowing us to store our luggage safely before check-in. There’s a charming little coffee shop just two minutes away—it quickly became my favorite morning spot! One important tip: be sure to keep all windows and doors closed, as there are quite a few mosquitoes in the area. We eventually discovered they were coming in through a window near the office space. Keeping everything shut is key to avoiding a mosquito invasion.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We booked this property a month in advance. We arrived to the apartment after parking outside the city, taking our three young children and luggage across Venice by water taxi and by foot — only to find out THEY HAD RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE. They had no options and left my family out on the street to figure it out. Do not book. Lowest possible recommendation.
