Please note: access to the apartment is via a rather steep internal staircase, a typical characteristic of Venetian homes. Caution is therefore advised for people with reduced mobility or with bulky luggage.

The location is particularly favourable: the accommodation is a short distance from the Ca' d'Oro and Fondamente Nove vaporetto stops, which easily allow reaching the main city attractions and the islands of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. The apartment represents the ideal solution for those wishing to stay in an authentic and tranquil context, while remaining close to the main points of interest, restaurants, and city services.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
