This apt was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. Communication beforehand and throughout was ample and helpful; additional documentation within the apt was helpful as well. We appreciated the opportunity to check-in a bit early.The location is fantastic; very close to Piazza San Marco but on a quaint calle so is fairly quiet at night. The apartment is clean and as described/photographed. We used the kitchen for breakfasts; it was equipped well for simple meals; as others mentioned, there is a cooktop.I would stay here again and recommend this property.

Overall was good but listing looks like more beds than there are. Listed 2 queens and there is one queen in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. I booked wanting 2 queen beds. The place is clean and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful, providing a detailed booklet filled with recommendations and useful information to enjoy the city of Venice—this really enhanced our experience and helped us discover spots we might have otherwise missed. The location is truly unmatched. Being just a short walk from Piazza San Marco made everything incredibly convenient, whether we wanted to explore early in the morning before the crowds or return in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere. Despite being so centrally located, the accommodation still felt like a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. The apartment was close to everything, just minutes from San Marco, but was also very quiet and private. It accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. We loved being in the middle of Venice and enjoyed the ambiance. Everything was clean, and the check in process was very easy. We would highly recommend this apartment.
