A one-night stay for us, and it was fine for what we needed. Location is excellent and on the main island unlike most reasonably priced accommodation. It's a budget hotel, and by that I mean Venice version of a budget. The room was incredibly dated, parts of the bathroom looked like they were on their last legs. I was a very frustrated on arrival as I booked a triple room - one queen bed and one single - and our room was just one double bed for me and my brother. Fortunately it turned out they were two singles pushed together however they were made-up with bedding for a double bed so we had to improvise. There were no staff on the premises for me to raise this with and as we were only staying for one night we made do. Like I said, the location is great so if its a flying visit then I would happily stay again but certainly not for any longer period of time.

Great room in a nice quieter part of Venice. Very clear entry instructions for after hours arrival. Room was compact but was clean and had everything we needed and breakfast was included.

Great location is nice neighbourhood

Old building. Only a few rooms. Great location, easy walk from station and vaporetto stop. Really liked the neighbourhood, some nice bars that didnt feel too touristy. Stayed in a 4 bed family room with shared bathroom. The kids beds weren't the comfiest. Communication before we arrived was good, check-in was awesome! We were able to get into our room at 11 o'clock! Could have been more storage in the room, faster wifi and more coffee at breakfast. However this is Venice and i would definately return.

Good value for money

Host was excellent, verg helpful and friendly. It is basic, but good value for money. We loved the location as only 10 mins from the station, 2 mins from a vaporetto, and about 15-20 mins from all the major sites.

Nice property and great location in a quiet part of venice. Good breakfast. We had a nice stay and it was good value. Great AC too which was important.. The only negative was that the beds were very uncomfortable.

The property is in a very quiet part of town. The owner, Walter, is so very kind and accommodating. He will not be in the hotel, except for certain hours, however he is reachable by text (in the Expedia app) quickly and is very quick to resolve any concerns. He was so very accommodating to my gluten free needs for breakfast. The hotel itself is older and has thin walls. The restroom was not exactly clean as it has mold on the walls. I would recommend a cleaning service.

We stayed at this property for four days. It's a cute small property with fairly small rooms. But they have an easy walk to the railway station and croissant and toast with coffee in the mornings. The one negative is that the bathroom had a sewer smell the entire time, probably be because there's a vent on the floor and we are on the first level. Kind of standard smells for Venice. There is a grocery store within about three minutes that was convenient to pick up snacks and other items. The manager was friendly.

Walter is a excellent host. Nice breakfast each morning outside in his garden area .They say you always get lost in Venice and this place is no exception. We misplaced his rental several times but thats part of Venice .Great room

We had an incovenience and we were not able to get the entry instructions to check in around 10 pm. We called the contact number and the person that responded was great, he gave us the instructions and we were able to get in. Location is close from the train station, very convenient. The only caviat was that the shower was kind of small but no big issue. I would stay there again.

The property was very old. Bed sheet, mattress and blanket was ancient. Mattress was in bad condition and the washroom is a shared one. No water dispenser or cups/mugs in the room. Location was okay but overall not a comfortable stay

Great location close to everything - particularly good if you are arriving by train. Friendly host and easy check-in, able to accomodate our early departure. The hot water ran out after the very first shower at night and was still not available in the morning unfortunately.
