This apartment is on a third floor of Palazzo Marcello dei Leoni, on the Canal Grande, there are 2 large windows facing the Gran Canal and it is an open space with a large bathroom, a kitchenette and extremely quiet and bright. Top romantic location, with all comforts and a lift to the floor. The apartment is central as the palace is very near the San Tomà vaporetto stop that brings to all main locations, airport, train station and car parks. The apartment has just been restored in Sept.’25 and it is part of a set of 3 apartments on the same floor owned by the same family and manged by us. There is the possibility to rent them all or just 2 of them for large family groups as they can host up to 13 guests all together.
