The Rezzonico Suite is a Venetian-style 1-bedroom apartment of about 80 m² with a spectacular view of the Grand Canal.
The atmosphere of the historic Palazzo is idyllic and peaceful. It can be accessed by private water taxi directly from the private water gate on the Grand Canal!
It is an elevated ground floor with only 4 steps to reach the entrance, so it is easily accessible. It consists of an entrance hall, an elegant living room with plenty of seating and beautiful antiques, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a luxury bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
There is Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning in the bedroom, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner gas stove, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc.
The Palazzo's magnificent private Italian-style garden, which can be visited upon request, can be used to relax in the sun, read or have a cup of tea, but cannot be used as a playground for children as the elderly landlord who lives in the same building requires peace and quiet. Please note that both water gate and garden gates are closed overnight from 7:00 pm to 8:00 am and on weekends as only the care taker has the key. Please inquire for more information.
This area of the Dorsoduro district is strategic: the Cà Rezzonico vaporetto stop is only a 2-minute walk away, while the immediate vicinity of Campo San Barnaba and Campo Santa Margherita are lively squares where some of the finest local restaurants, cafes, open-air markets, and supermarkets are located, all within easy reach. The Cà Rezzonico Museum and the Accademia Galleries are literally around the corner.

Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
