A beautifully decorated apartment ideally located in the iconic San Marco district, the very heart of Venice.<br>It borders Calle XXII Marzo, a street renowned for its luxury boutiques: Chanel, Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci...<br>It’s in a quiet spot at the back of a typical Venetian courtyard with its own well<br>And it offers all the necessary comforts.<br>Completely renovated in 2016, it’s fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.<br>Located on the 2nd floor, it consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom (in two separate areas), a living area with a kitchenette, a dining area with a table for 4 people, and a lounge with a sofa and two armchairs.<br>Carefully and tastefully decorated, it’s ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends.<br>I provide bed linens, 1 bath towel, 1 small and 1 large hand towel, and 1 kitchen towel.<br>For drying your clothes, you have two options: a clothesline or a drying rack.<br>The “Simply Market” mini-market is just 5 minutes away: Salizada del Teatro, 3988 <br>Hours: <br>- Monday through Saturday: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM<br>- Sunday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM<br>You’ll find a shopping cart in the apartment for your groceries.<br>If you need anything during your stay, I’m available at any time.<br>A tourist tax for the City of Venice must be paid to me in cash at check-in; you’ll be asked to present a form of identification for this purpose. The ADSL Wi-Fi internet connection is free and unlimited.<br>A travel crib with a sheet and towel is available upon request for a fee of 7 euros.<br>On the day of your departure, if you wish, you can store your luggage for free in the lobby of the house in a locked room.<br>The nearest vaporetto stop is just 2 minutes away: it’s the “San Marco-Vallaresso” stop.<br>You can board lines 1 and 2, which run along the Grand Canal.<br>The boats run day and night.<br>A ticket booth is located at this stop.
