We had a wonderful stay at this home! Despite arriving late due to travel delays, Maritza was warm and welcoming. The home was just as described in the listing, with one small detail: there are two units on the property, one tenant-occupied. It wasn’t an issue, but we were a bit surprised to see another vehicle when we arrived.The street has some bumps and potholes, which is common throughout Puerto Rico, so drive carefully. Once at the property, the home was fully equipped with everything we needed. While there is air conditioning, we didn’t need to use it much thanks to the great cross breeze from the open windows. We also appreciated the doorstops that kept the doors from slamming.The property is gated, adding a sense of security. The owner provides cooler bags and beach towels, which we didn’t realize at first. We bought some towels and left them for future guests. The kitchen had all the essentials—coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cups, and plates.The power went out briefly between 9 and 10 AM each day, but it came back on quickly. The best part? The gas stove, so you can keep cooking or have a dance party even when the power’s out!Would we stay again? Absolutely!
