The Space:

Perfect for large families, group getaways, retreats, or corporate stays, Building 1 offers four fully renovated apartments that can accommodate up to 24 guests. Located in a gated beachfront complex, this building provides the ideal combination of comfort, privacy and convenience, just steps from the beach.

- Two fully renovated bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: A queen-sized bed with premium bedding, air conditioning, and a spacious closet.

Bedroom 2: A full-size bed and a bunk bed, also renovated, with air conditioning and its own closet space.

- Remodeled private bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

- A fully equipped kitchenette featuring a refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, air fryer, and all necessary utensils and cookware.

Dorado is a town in the northern coast of Puerto Rico, approx. 40 km away from Puerto Rico´s capital San Juan and about a 25-35 min. drive from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (located in San Juan).



AQUA Villas del Mar is situated directly in front of Costa de Oro beach, boasting a beautiful shoreline adorned with palm trees and offering sublime views. Within walking distance, guests can discover various restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and even a shopping mall.

Rest assured, convenience is our top priority. Each unit in our complex comes with its own dedicated parking spot, ensuring hassle-free access to your accommodation. If you don't have a car, worry not! We can help you with the option of renting a car, allowing you to explore the area at your own pace. Alternatively, you can rely on taxi services or ride-sharing apps like Uber. While Uber may not be the most prevalent transportation option in the area, we are delighted to inform you that Uber Eats is readily available, providing a convenient and delicious solution for your dining needs. ON-SITE POOL CONSTRUCTION — through approximately late October, 2026



We're building a new pool at Aqua Villas del Mar. Construction is currently underway and expected to be complete by late October, 2026.



The work area is fully enclosed and secured with its own separate contractor entrance, so guest areas are not affected. Work takes place Monday through Friday during daytime hours only — no work on weekends or holidays — and you may hear intermittent noise during those hours.



All other amenities remain fully available throughout your stay. We're sharing this in advance so you can plan accordingly, and we're glad to answer any questions before you book.
