The place was very modern and in a very nice area so close to the beach and restaurant to eat. The pool was very nice but needed to be cleaned a bit more. Other than that we were able to Check in early and the room was very clean.

I do not recommend this place to anyone . The bathroom wasn’t clean there was sand in the shower , the glass wasn’t clean . They gave me a unit that was occupied and when I said I was my money back they stated it was their mistake , so unprofessional . I tell you one thing the unit did look like the picture at all !

We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean. The beach is right at the end of the street within walking distance. It was great for the location and price. There were only minor inconveniences.

The room was clean, and it was a fantastic price for what I got. The check in process could be a lot better. The outdoor area was under construction when I was there, but was still very nice. The host/on site guy was great. Restaurant by the beach that’s a 2 minute walk was amazing. The park is directly across the street. If It were my first trip to Puerto Rico I don’t think I’d recommend it, but if you know the island and have a rental car I’d definitely recommend it. Overall, I was happy with my visit, and feel like it was great for the price.
