Pleasant studio of 20m², 50m walk from the beach of Nauzan, in a secure residence (code / caretaker) in a quiet area with private outdoor parking space.<br>This studio includes:<br>- An entrance hall with ample storage (shelf / wardrobe)<br>- A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower<br>- The living room, with kitchenette with a bar table, two chairs, refrigerator, microwave grill, induction hob, Nespresso compatible coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle <br>And a lounge area equipped with a 160 sofa bed (quality bedding: mattress thickness 18cm); <br><br>Additional equipment: Ironing board and iron, 80cm TV, hair dryer, drying rack, clothespins.<br><br>WIFI available with high-speed fiber.<br><br>Towels and sheets to be provided.<br>Cleaning fee for the end of your stay possible: 25 €<br>50% on booking and 50% on arrival<br>Arrivals from 4 pm – Departure no later than 11 am.<br><br>Cycle paths with immediate access. l'appartement est décoré avec gout mais la cuisine et le frigo sont rikiki; des travaux devraient etre effectués très prochainement pour agrandir l'espace cuisine situé près de la plage de Nauzan, vacances très agréables

Accueil super, appartement idéalement placé, 3 à 4 minutes de la plage. Très belle région, nous sommes pressés d'y retourner.
