You will appreciate its immediate proximity to shops, with two supermarkets (Super U and Intermarché) accessible in a few minutes, as well as the lively city center nearby.

The house offers a bright and air-conditioned living space, with a friendly living room, a comfortable dining area and a fully equipped kitchen for your meals in complete autonomy. It has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, as well as a mezzanine equipped with two single beds and two armchairs, ideal for accommodating children or teenagers. For the little ones, a travel cot with mattress is also available.

In terms of comfort, you will enjoy a large shower in a modern bathroom, separate toilets, as well as a private garden with terrace, shaded by an awning for outdoor meals in peace. A free parking space is included in the residence.
