In the heart of the resort of Saint Palais sur Mer, warm apartment for 4 to 6 people on the first floor, located 100 meters from the beach of Nauzan, ideal for children wanting to discover the sailing school, as well as 350 meters from the beach of Bureau.
Just in front of the residence it will be possible to reach the cycle path as well as a public transportation stop.

Super accueil et disponibilité de notre hôte tout au long du séjour.Logement très propre, équipement neuf, et tout à fait fonctionnel pour deux adultes et deux enfants de 10 et 12 ans dans la petite chambre avec lits superposés.L'emplacement est très bon pour accéder en 3 minutes à pieds à la plage et à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville (piste cyclable tout le long).La place de parking est probablement adaptée à de petits véhicules, mais notre voiture de taille moyenne ne rentrait pas, cependant il a été très facile de se garer en août dans les rues d'en face.Idéal pour un séjour à la plage en famille !

Appartement tres bien placé et agreable ! Malgré quelques désagréments comme porte du congelateur cassé, manque ampoule dans certaine lampe .Accueil , propriétaire et gardien agréable ,nous avons appréciés notre semaine .Nous y reviendrons ....
