New and very clean. Excellent beds. I am sensitive to uncomfortable mattresses, but the on i slept on was nice. Very contemporary bathroom with a dyson fan. Our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs were very good!

The on-demand airport shuttle was a wonderful perk! Walking distance to 2 Metro stops, groceries, restaurants, coffee, etc. The room was eclectic and fun, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good, as was dinner.
