The hotel doesn’t stand up to “St. Regis” hotel name. The area is a bit sketchy and the rooms don’t have the best heating/ventilation system. It’s an old hotel that requires some renovation. Also, I find it a bit weird that they didn’t have a fridge in the room. Almost all hotels now have a fridge to be able to leave your water or maybe left over food for later. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was acceptable and included. Umberall was provided when asked. Service was acceptable but rooms require some renovations with AC / ventilation.

Overall, the stay was lovely. It was conveniently located downtown, had great walkability and close to all of the sites and even the Air train. The breakfast was delicious not like a regular buffet, but catered specifically to what I chose. Everyone there was so friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Woul definitely stay here again.

Hotel was extremely central and room was quiet. The queen smart room was tiny, but works for sleeping - wouldn’t be good for hotel hanging out. Furniture is dated. One of our towels was not clean and had blood stains on it. Parking at $50 for self parking in a lot across the ally seems egregious.
