This property was fantastic! Branden was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and responded quickly to all of my questions. The unit itself was spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning. Having Costco right next door was super convenient, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit challenging at times, but having a dedicated space included with the unit was definitely a plus. The building felt very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Vancouver, BC.

It was a beautiful view and very nicely furnished, but the parking fob didnt work so parking was duffucult. Lights, fans and light sickets didnt work once we finally got into the condo. Communication wasn't great. None the less, we had an amazing time. We were safe and warm.

The view is unbeatable! Stylish and thoughtful interior decor. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook comfortably. Convenient location in downtown with the T&T supermarket just down the block. The study room is a bit too hot and the see-through wall is not ideal for use as a bedroom. Suggestions: Some appliances (eg hairdryer and toilet seat in the guest bathroom, the frying pan and some ceramic cups) are probably due for new ones.

Wonderful experience

Incredible view from the balcony, very clean space, and really comfortable beds. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but the building and parking garage are VERY secure. Branden responded very quickly to messages.

7 of us came to Vancouver for a concert and to take in some culture. As we all arrived, we realized this rental is not suitable for 7, not even 5. 4 of our friends arranged other accommodations (we paid for 7, 3 stayed).The unit was clean, nice setup, excellent location. We couldn't find a gym on site. Not enough towels for even 3 of us, 1 towel was dirty. If you say yes to 7 visitors there should be enough supplies for 7, or say so in the description so we look elsewhere.The fan in the hall washroom rattles. Shower head in the master ensuite is aged.

The property was an amazing location and accommodation for our family including my 5 year old grandson who loved the pool, the playroom and the parks nearby. Close to all amenities, seaside walking path, shops, and great food. The host was amazing with quick and polite responses intent on making our stay super great. The unit met all our needs and we will be back again in 2025.
