The staff we had the night we arrived, was good. Others that took the front desk were abrupt and hard to understand. When we arrived, we drove around the block, twice, looking for the parking. No signage on the street. Only in a dark alley

I missed my connecting flight, so I booked this hotel just half an hour before check-in. The price was reasonable, even though it was a last-minute booking. I really liked this hotel because it offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk staff was friendly, and there were complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, water, and hot chocolate) available at the lobby. This was a lifesaver after a long international flight. The room was okay, but it got cold in the middle of the night. I checked for the heater switch or remote, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Then I discovered one window was open. I tried to close it, but it was broken, so I managed to close it a bit. Overall, everything was good. I had a good night’s sleep.

Access to the lobby from parking lot is terrible if you have luggage. 2 sets of stairs to navigate and the door will not stay open. Desk agent was fine. Returned to desk later to change shuttle reservation. No one was at the desk and the phone was ringing non stop. Eventually someone showed up.

Yes, the room was good and the staff very courteous. The only problem I found was the room service. There is practically no room service, and one has to go to the front desk for everything. There is not much of kitchenette but that is different issue....
