Furnished, very clean private studio located in Vancouver in a safe, quiet, and trendy neighborhood.

Recently renovated with a brand-new kitchen, upgraded cabinetry, modern cooktop, and a fully updated bathroom,

Easy access to UBC and Downtown, and close to beaches, restaurants, bus routes, and beautiful parks.

The space is completely private with its own entrance. Free street parking is available directly in front of the house. Very walkable and pleasant area. (Updated photos will be posted on June 8th.)

Cozy in a nice area

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a nice part of town and the host left us some extra snacks and drinks. It was clean and had everything we required.

Great stay in Vancouver

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment had a walk out to the backyard with table and chairs and a barbecue with a nice view of the beautiful garden. The kitchenette had all the amenities you need and was perfect for our five day stay.Thank you to our host for all the extras too (coffee tea, milks, Yogourt, eggs and snacks too). The house is close to many beaches and to UBC, Kitsilano and Granville. We walked easily to lovely coffee bars on 10th. We would rent here again.
