Generally a very good hotel. Stayed here twice during the off season, so the price was good for the room that you get. Staff are excellent. Mott restaurant downstairs is great, but a little pricey.

Our cityscape room was spacious enough for the two of us, incredibly clean, and shielded outside noise well. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional. We appreciated all the amenities, including a heated bathroom floor, and the complimentary umbrella was definitely a plus! The hotel is in a prime location and within walking distance of great restaurants and attractions.

Property is over rated and Karma bar &restaurant attached to the hotel is the worst ever i have experienced 1, if you are a family, they staff will completely ignore you and wy they talk, look at you and ignore you on purpose, they do not want families to come to Karma restaurant/ bar.
