Hotel is in a great location and staff are wonderful. A little tricky with parking being down the street but it’s an older building. The Uva lounge was fun and had delicious food and cocktails. Also has a good breakfast. There were some issues with the air conditioning in our room and it got hot coupled with a lingering scent of cigarette smoke that was not ideal.

This was our first stay at Moda. It is a cute boutique hotel. Great staff that were really attentive and helpful. The hotel is clean and the room was great. A bit noisy, but not an issue for us; we had a great sleep. I would definitely recommend it for a downtown location that is near lots of shopping and the waterfront.

Love this hotel!!

We flew to Vancouver for a concert at the Commadore Ballroom. The Moda is a perfect location to attend shows on Granville St. The Moda is an older restored hotel with a lot of history and funky design. We had everything we needed. Our room had 2 queen beds, so it was a little small, but its not like we spent a ton of time in our room. It was very clean, had a fridge, big windows that open and we had a street view. 3 restaurants that were all very good. The staff were all so kind, caring, friendly and helplful. A liquor store and a very well stocked grocery market all on the same block. Great place to go on walking adventures.....so many Vancouver sites right nearby. I'll definitely go back again!!

Hotel definitely needs to be upgraded. Price was way too high for the size of the room. Beds were so uncomfortable and hotel was very loud. Everything seems old and outdated, the TV looked like it was from the 80's. Don't think I'd stay here again for that price. Only good thing was the location.

The hotel was within walking distance from the Granville Station and all areas downtown. Staff were very helpful with suggestions on walking routes and restaurant suggestions. The restaurant on site also offered good service and food. Would definitely visit again.
