The rooms, beds and air conditioning are great. It’s a comfortable stay for sure. Breakfast is good. The pool is super gross, it’s so murky you can’t even see the bottom. I wouldn’t let my kids swim in that. But there are many things for kids to do in the same complex. There’s a nice indoor waterpark next door.

Everything is good except for some minor issues. The person who attended us during check in was not that friendly. Second one is when we purchased some chips and water, we were overcharged and good thing we double check and we came back to customer service. No apologies and not offered refund. We just changed the item with the same lrice

Great service and breakfast! I had to leave the hotel at 5 AM, and they kindly surprised me with an early take-out breakfast—such a thoughtful touch. A couple of small improvements would make the stay even better: it would be helpful to have a table or shelf in the bathroom for cosmetics, as I had to place them on the floor, and more charging ports for devices would be convenient, since only the standard outlets were available. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

They’re always so polite when checking in. Dinusha recalled a conversation we had earlier that morning and was pleasant to check in with. Farah responded when I sent via text that the hot tub was wayyyy too hot and they immediately fixed it! Great place to stay.
