We splurged on getting a suite, unfortunately it smelled like B.O. when we arrived. Had to open windows and crank AC. Several dirty fingerprint marks on doors and walls, thank god we brought lysol wipes! Some scunge in bathtub not cleaned.They really need to up their quality control. Parking is very limited if you come back after dinner, several cars searching for a spot. Breakfast, I thought would be good, only edible thing was turkey sausage, eggs were processed and gross.

We had a great time and stay at the Holiday Inn when visiting Vancouver for the weekend. The staff were efficient and hotel was clean with all the amenities you need especially around the hotel (restaurants, movie theatre, arcade, etc). Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Convenient and affordable stay in Richmond, close to ferries and YVR. We were visiting family in the lower mainland and wanted a location close to the ferries in Tsawassen and the Vancouver airport. This was a great location, reasonably priced, with food options nearby. Breakfast was a nice addition. Rooms were tended to daily to make beds and refresh towels, etc, which many hotels do not offer anymore. Would stay here again. Staff were friendly. We did not use gym, pool or hot tub and can’t comment on that.

We had a nice stay. The breakfast area could be improved a little as I stayed for 3 nights and all 4 breakfast mornings, there was nowhere to sit, it gets really busy with not a whole lot of place to eat so I ended up eating in the rental car. Depending what side of the hotel you are in, the building behind it hosts some kind of sports/events and it can get really loud, I thought someone was partying in the room above me.
