This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The area is clean and I have small garden to grow tomatoes and beans .It also in a prime location ; restaurants ; stores; markets ; pharmacies , and bus stop just 5 min walk ; short walk to Joyce - Collingwood train station ,Central Park ,basketball court ,and tennis court; nearby 2 large shopping centers : Metropolis at Metrotown and The amazing Brentwood. My place is newly renovated in 2024-2025 with brand new furniture and appliance. We welcome you to the Joyce Collingwood neighborhood to enjoy fresh air , beautiful views, and delicious food!
