Airport shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful! We didn’t know we had to book the shuttle to the airport in advance but hotel staff helped us get one just in time for our flight. There was a sign saying the shuttle comes every 30 mins but there should be a sign saying you need to book a departure shuttle in advance

The room was quite congested and there was no microwave available, which made it a bit inconvenient. I also noticed that other Best Western locations usually offer a pool and breakfast, but this one didn’t. Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected a few more basic amenities for the price.

We would never stay at this hotel not only do they charge $15 a night for a parking they charged me twice for it and said that they only charged me once their rooms were disgusting but the wall was falling apart. The bathroom door wouldn't closed there was pubic hairs all in the bathroom and we had dirty towels. We will never stay there again. The restaurant that we went to that's attached is a white spot. All our food came out cold and it took us 20 minutes to get our drinks

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We asked to check in early but all rooms were full so they held our luggage while we kept busy until check in time. Airport shuttle was convenient and punctual. Room had weird smell and some functions were not working correctly (toilet would run constantly after most flushes, tub drain was broken and did not seal). Hallways also had weird smell.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and we ended up leaving the same night. When we arrived, the door to our assigned room was already open and unlocked, with the bathroom fan running—clearly, someone had been in there just before us. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the smell wasn’t just faint; it was deeply ingrained in the curtains and coming directly from the air conditioning unit. The bathroom was in shocking condition, with visible holes in the ceiling above the shower that had been crudely patched, as if the room was mid-renovation. Everything about the space felt unsanitary and unsafe. We immediately decided we couldn’t stay and booked another hotel that same night. Afterward, I checked more recent reviews and saw a pattern of similar complaints about cleanliness and maintenance. I wish I had looked closer before booking, as the newer reviews tell the full story. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to check the most recent feedback before making a reservation. Between the cigarette stench, the unsafe and unfinished room, and the fact that it was already open when we arrived, this property clearly has major issues with both sanitation and guest safety. I will be requesting a refund directly through Hotels.com.
