The room was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. Location was very good. However the restaurant was under renovation so there was a small buffet to choose from which was good. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a really good stay. The hotel is really well-located: it was ideal for us since close to family, but it's a close walk to shopping on Robson St, to plenty of transit options, to the water, to Stanley Park, etc. It's also handily across the road from Urban Fare, a supermarket with a cafe, and plenty of restaurants are in the neighboring blocks. The room was sizable and comfy. We got a corner room with a nice city view and plenty of light. A highlight of the room was a Japanese style toilet, with heated seat, bidet, etc. Other amenities were excellent. And since we were there over Christmas, we got a little giftbag with candy, oranges, and gingerbread cookies: a nice touch. Staff were universally nice and helpful. We were pretty simple guests: we'd wake up, leave, come home, sleep. So we didn't need much, but anything we did want was there. Highly recommended.
