Beautiful, clean hotel. It is a very special place with amazing views. My second time staying here and I will be back.
Room was clean , I love the atmosphere, the view from the window was amazing, the pool was clean and enjoyable , the food was also amazing, the jacuzzi was Huge and had great views, overall it was great, I really recommend it.
We were lucky enough to have perfect weather and for the first two days have Villa Garven (two lofts and main suite) to ourselves. The views were amazing, the hot tub was perfect, and the pool was a perfect place to spend a day. Only real concern is letting folks know that the driveway to the place requires a bit of off roading and that Villa Garven actually does NOT provide separate towels for the pool.
The location of the property was good. Beautiful view but the lil hill was challenging as my car was struggling lol. I needed a tv and refrigerator but it gave a camping vibe. The pool and jacuzzi access was elite. The service was amazing over all. Quick response and available to answer any time.
The room is nice. Beautiful view. Unfortunately the access is very complicated, the are not any signs. Limited service, the nearest restaurant was close. Not even coffee maker in the room.
The Master suite is absolutely perfect! It was a it cold during the time I was there no heater but had extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again! The restaurant is only a 5 minute walk with the most beautiful heated pool and hot tub overlooking Valle de Guadalupe.
There is only a virtual concierge which is not always responsive. They'll send you a key code about an hour before check-in so make sure you bring your phone and that it works in Mexico. You are basically renting a shipping container turned into a room with a deck outside. Views are amazing since you have to drive to the top of the mountain, bring your SUV or truck. The deck walkways are missing most of the lights so bring a flashlight because you could fall in, bring an outdoor light for the deck because there is none, bring a lighter if you want to use the firepit because they have none. They definitely need some signage to get you to your room, the security guy at the gate sent us on a dead end road and someone else had to go and guide us. The pool and restaurant do not belong to the same owners and they definitely let you know that when you show up. Not recommend for families and definitely no access for handicapped. If you like the outdoors but would like a room to sleep in, then this is recommended. If you like hotels with staff around to help then avoid this place.
Beautiful views of the vineyards of Valle. The pool / restaurant is walkable from our room. Everything we needed for a special weekend. Definitely love to come back!
